Preparation of orders for shipping is conducted exclusively from Tuesday to Friday and during store opening hours
For orders over €150, shipping is free within Italy and Europe.
At checkout, shipping costs will not be applied.
International shipping, (i.e. orders outside of Italy and Europe) is charged as an additional cost: it will be applied to your order at the time of payment.
All orders require proof of delivery (signature on delivery).
Shipping includes a comprehensive tracking system: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for the shipment, which will allow you to keep track of the progress of the delivery. Once the package has been delivered to the correct address, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Thus, be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
All prices are given in euro €, VAT included, calculated at the current rate of 22%, excluding shipping costs (where applicable).
We accept payments through MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, Carta Sì, and others.
Different forms of payment (bank transfer / Pay By Link) can be arranged upon request.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase, with the order reference number, the items you have chosen, and the cost.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you need help, following is some essential information that may be helpful for your purchases.
Returns and changes
Before making a return, or requesting an exchange of goods, please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Goods to be returned must be shipped in the box in which they were received; alternatively, a different hardboard box may be used.
Returns can be made by a courier of your choice, or by mail, making sure you receive a tracking number or proof of shipment for added security.
To be eligible for a return, the order confirmation form and/or invoice must be included with the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in perfect condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
When we receive the return, and examine the goods, a refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the items.
You will receive a refund confirmation email.
The refund will be credited through the same form of payment with which the purchase was made.
It is important for the approval of the return that:
1 – items are returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the order confirmation/invoicing form
2 – items are returned exactly as received, complete with packaging and labels/seals still attached.
Articles on promotion
Discounted, sale or promotion items are to be considered as final sale, and cannot be returned, nor obtain refund, credit, or exchange.
The same applies to all customized orders.
