Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/span>
The return shipping is at the customer’s expense, including any arising Customs costs.<\/span>
The goods to be returned must be shipped in the box in which they were received; alternatively, a different rigid cardboard box can be used.<\/span>
