Shipments, payments and returns
Shipping
Orders are prepared for shipping exclusively from Tuesday to Friday and during store opening hours.
FREE SHIPPING
For orders over €150, shipping is free in Italy and Europe.
At checkout, shipping costs will not be applied.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipping (i.e. orders outside of Italy and Europe) is charged as an additional fee: it will be applied to your order at checkout.
Any Customs charges on delivery are to be covered by the buyer.
All orders require proof of delivery (signature upon delivery).
Shipping includes full tracking: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we will not be responsible for any reports of lost or stolen packages. So make sure you ship your order to a safe place.
Payment
All prices are in Euro €, VAT included, calculated according to the current rate of 22%, shipping costs (where applicable) excluded.
We accept payments by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, Carta Sì, Google Pay.
On request, other forms of payment can be agreed (bank transfer / Pay By Link).
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase, with the order reference number, the items chosen, and the cost.
Returns and refunds
If you need help, here is some essential information that may be useful for your purchases.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Before making a return, or requesting an exchange, please contact our customer service: ottica10decimi@gmail.com.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The return shipping is at the customer’s expense, including any arising Customs costs.
The goods to be returned must be shipped in the box in which they were received; alternatively, a different rigid cardboard box can be used.
The return can be made with a courier of your choice, or by post, making sure to receive a tracking number or proof of shipment, for greater security.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the return and examine the contents, the refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
You will receive an email confirming the refund.
The refund will be credited via the same form of payment with which the purchase was made.
For the return to be approved it is important that:
1 – the items are returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the order confirmation / invoicing form
2 – the items are returned exactly as received, complete with packaging and labels / seals still attached.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items that are discounted, on sale or on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, credited or exchanged.
The same goes for all custom items and orders.
