Shipments, payments and returns
Orders are prepared for shipment exclusively from Tuesday to Friday and during store opening hours
For orders over €150, shipping is free in Italy and Europe.
At checkout, shipping costs will not apply
International shipping, (i.e. orders outside Italy and Europe) is charged as an additional cost: it will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders require proof of delivery (signature on delivery).
Shipping includes a full tracking system: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Once the package has been delivered to the correct address, we will not be responsible for any reports of lost or stolen packages. So make sure you ship your order to a safe place.
All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, calculated according to the current rate of 22%, excluding shipping costs (where applicable).
We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, Carta Sì, Google Pay.
Upon request, different forms of payment can be agreed (bank transfer / Pay By Link).
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase, with the order reference number, the items chosen, and the cost.
Returns and refunds
If you need help, below is some essential information that may be useful for your purchases.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Before making a return, or requesting an exchange of goods, please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
The goods to be returned must be sent in the box in which they were received; alternatively, a different rigid cardboard box can be used.
The return can be made with a courier of your choice, or by post, ensuring you receive a tracking number or proof of postage, for greater security.
To qualify for the return, the order confirmation form and/or invoice must be included in the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in perfect condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
Once we receive the return and examine the contents, the refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
You will receive a refund confirmation email.
The refund will be credited via the same form of payment with which the purchase was made.
To approve the return it is important that:
1 – the items are returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the order/invoicing confirmation form
2 – the items are returned exactly as received, complete with packaging and labels/seals still attached.
Discounted, on sale or promotional items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded, credited or exchanged.
The same applies to all items and custom orders.
